I was shocked when I heard Carlos Santana playing Tabou's song; I did not even know he knew of the existence of Haitian music. It would have been nice had Carlos invited one of Tabou Combo member to perform that song with him. I guess this was first for compass. Does any one know if that song is featured on Carlos Santana Album?

I can't believe that I was watching the SuperBowl Pre-game show, and I saw Carlos Santana playing one of Tabou Combo song on American National TV. I have to say this was a great honor for Tabou Combo, Compas, and the Haitian community. It's great to see that other people appreciate Haitian music. It's unfortunately that Haitian producers, promoter and label owner have not learned to promote Haitian music to the rest of the world. I hope one day that will change. Comaps is one of the greatest form of music in the world.... Go Tabou go....
