I was at SObS that night, Djakout play great without Pouchon.  If he thinks  he the backbone of the band, he need to think again.  any other lead singer can do what he does, pouhon is short on talent.  Big uos to kino and micky because the really bail him out. why are Haitian musicians so stubborn

I read your site review and  the email that papa jube sent out to all sobs email subscribers. There seems to be a little conflict in each account.  Can  Dajkout mizik be a professional and non-professional band at the same time.  What Pocuhon did was unprofessional for not showing up because of soem silly argument, but Dajkout Mizik should not be blame for his ignorance. Djakout is a great live konpa band, they can succeed with any lead singer. Pocuhon better think twice, he can be replaced anythime if he continues with his nonsense.  I wanted to know is it true that Djakout charge 7,000- 10,000 for each performance.   That's very stiffed..

Aren't you guys given Dajkout Mizik too much credit. I know the band is really good and stuff, but they cannot touch tabou, system band, tropicana ans Septen. Today's konpa bands are not as good as the 60's 70, 80's, everything sound the same.. all haitian band are playing that popular riff "zobo zobo", if they don't do with the guitar, then they do it with the keyboard. and the lyrics are almost non-existent. Where's the creativity in that.  While Dajkout (outside of Zenglen) is probably the best of pack from the new generation era, but they are not the best compas direct band, the music created by Nemours Jean Baptistes...
