Pause for a minute,

Were we at the same show the Messenger! because everyone that I know who attended this show spoke highly of Dozz and I myself can tell you this band will make noise in the HMI.

It has been a long time since I've seen a new band played so tight. I do not understand your comments about the lead singer because this man really delivered, he interact well etih the audience and kept them on their feet throughout their performance he has a lot of energy and please do not compare him with other singers he has his own style and I beleive with time people will get use to him.

I am certain the Dozz crew will fix in the few areas where needed. I applaud them for putting such a great show even with a low turn out.

Tell you what I will not miss their next show, this band can make some noise I like their approach and professionalism.

You have a point there my friend. First and foremost let me start by setting the record straight “I have a lot of respect for HK staff and friends” by no means have I intended to offend anyone by my comments. If I have offended anyone, please accept my apology, I am in a different position here, I m entitle to express my opinion freely. Therefore I will not hold back on the truth.

Yes Haitian bands most of the time forget what a concert is all about. I applaud Dozz’s professionalism without a doubt it was shown throughout the night. The band never showed any sign of weakness, I m sure Dozz cam know by now that they have a lot of work to do.

People.. People calm down. You can choose to disagree with someone and still maintain your civility. There's no need to insult anyone. I also paid $35 to see dozz, but I was somewhat disappointed with the show. Dozz gave a great show musically, but you have to agree that the show could have been much better. Yes, those pants need to go. PJ should have dressed better. I too was not too please with the cast for the show, and I am sure Rated R a and Dega give a good performance.

I think there's a major problem with Haitian bands, they tend to be monotone they on stage. If you pay $35 for a concert for an American Artist, you are treated with respect and the are always put on a show. Haitian bands rarely put on a show.

I think both review access the show fairly well. I visit this site very often, and I can honestly say these guys are the best in the business and I am certain members of HK would not want people to agree with everything they write.

I m so hurt by your reply!!!!
First of all my dear, implications regarding Don Cato, Tonton Bicha and Dega were truly taking out of context of course. Second if you have read what I wrote correctly instead of insulting me, you would have notice that I started by giving credit to Dozz for a nice performance. Yes I have heard of DEGA, it was nice of you to mention that Dega were making their 4th appearance in NY, wow how nice of Dozz’s camp to roll the dice on a group who is making their fourth appearance in New York City. Yes I do think before I write dear, and I also know about Ann, (very nice song by the way). I was also present at Haiti Twoubadour, must I agree with everything that “that the concerned fan and HK” wrote.

I see the ideology of HK and fans is to agree with what they post on the board not to give an opinion. That is sad, very sad!!!!

Were the hell have you been living under a coconut tree. You never heard of Dega well my friend maybe you need to go buy their cd then you can judge. This was their 4th performance in NY maybe you need to get out more and discover their talents instead of criticizing them. Well Don Kato is the lead singer of the group Brothers Posse who happen to have a very popular song out there ANN and they also participated on the Haiti Twoubadour project with songs like turn your lights down low, and Tonton Bicha is famous for his comedy and his song "Je Vais". They actually just realeased a movie "I Love you ANN" Since you have not been living in the present world I would suggest you do a little research before you start criticizing.

What gives you the idea that the concerned fan and HK copied each other if you were indeed at the party you would have probably had the same review because they both gave a review of exactly what happen that night at the party. Do you even think before you write. SAD very SAD......

DOZZ gave a great show and you should recognize that, it was their first performance and they will learn from their mistakes. Stop being so negative and be more constructive in your criticism. Next time get your info straight before you come and embarass yourself on topics you know nothing about.

Dozz's performance was ok, we can give them that much, but the singer( please can someone tell PJ that Hammer pant's died almost a decade ago) he needs a lot of help. First there are only a few singers who can actually lead a band that size. Even Shoubou would not take that chance. I cant give no credit to whom ever put that show together, please who the hell is Dega, who the hell is Don Cato. Did Dozz camp think they can foll haitian people by putting together a show with people like Dega, Brother's Possee and Rated R and his brother? what is this? the haitian music market is not a joke. Dozz first of all need to understand that before they can walk they need to crawl. They should start by using bands with names, and bands who at least can bring a crowd behind them. I payed $35 cause I was curious and wanted to see what the hell Dozz's camp was rembling about, I was going to ask for a refund.
Also HK people, you guys wrote the same thing, she copied what HK staff wrote, what is this? you guys share the same brain?
