Models is inviting members of the community, elected officials, students, special guests, community organizations, artists, businesses and the press to our outdoor 1stAnnual Students Day Parade, Mardi Gras & Live Fashion Show. Our theme is "Education Is The Future, For Students To Have Today & Tomorrow" This dazzling event is being organized to recognize Elementary, junior high school & College Students of all nationality and ethnic backgrounds. This Mardi gras will draw thousands of students who believe in the importance in education. This fantastic Mardi gras will take place at the Nostrand & Foster Avenue Park in Brooklyn, from 10:00am to 7:00pm which will feature some of the best entertainers, including Kompa as well as Rasin (Root Music) Bands, R & B and Rap the hottest Hip Hop, Soca and Zouk, Spanish music etc. The Artist for The 1st Annual Students Day Parade, Mardi Gras & Live Fashion Show are: Tokay * Phantom * Charm * Djara * Fugee Camp * Wyclef Jean * Marachez Spanish Dance Group * Praz Mitchell * Bennchoumy * WaWa Rasin Dance Group & Much More. In addition, several programs will be on the agenda, among them are: dance contest, prizes for elementary, High School & College Students from all over the world as we celebrate the fact that Education Is The Future, For Students To Have Today & Tomorrow to commemorate the 1stAnnual Students Day Parade, Mardi Gras & Live Fashion Show in Brooklyn.
